Refund policy
Return Window and Eligibility Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the boat must be strictly unused, un-launched, and in the exact same condition that you received it. The vessel must not have been titled, registered, or documented in any jurisdiction. All original documentation, manuals, accessories, and protective packaging must be intact and included. Non-Returnable Items Custom-built, customized, or special-order boats. Boats that have been placed in the water, modified, or registered by the buyer. Clearance or final sale items. How to Initiate a Return Contact our customer service team at support@pacemaine.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted at our facility without an approved RMA and a scheduled freight drop-off time. Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees Return Freight: Due to the size and logistics of transporting marine vessels, the customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for all return freight and transport costs. Original shipping and delivery charges are entirely non-refundable. Restocking Fee: All eligible boat returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover processing, initial logistics, and warehousing. Refund Processing Once your boat arrives at our facility, our technicians will perform a comprehensive inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the vessel's condition. If approved, your refund (minus original shipping costs and the restocking fee) will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
